Olio Food Truck is what happens when a passionate chef decides to share his talents with your taste buds. Chef Daniel Krugman, a Fort Collins native, attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of Chicago. After culinary school, Dan trained with multiple award-winning chefs, and restaurants. Throughout Dan's 10+ years of experience in the culinary industry, he became a well-rounded chef in numerous global cuisines. Olio Food Truck specializes in Mediterranean inspired flavors, and shines a new light on the Northern Colorado food truck scene with a "from scratch" menu.
